We consider your booking binding once you pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount and we confirm it in writing.

Payments of up to €4,999.99 can be made in cash, via instant bank transfer or credit card (Visa or Mastercard), or with an EC card.

Please note that all accommodation establishments in South Tyrol are required by law to charge a local tax. For three-star establishments, this amounts to €3.60 per person per day (for guests aged 14 and over). This amount is listed separately on the invoice and must be paid on site.

Although there is no right of withdrawal under the Italian Consumer Protection Code, we offer the following cancellation conditions:

• For cancellations made up to 2 months before arrival, the deposit paid will be retained.
• For cancellations up to 3 weeks before arrival, 80% of the total amount will be charged.
• For cancellations within 3 weeks of arrival, we charge 100% of the total amount.

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance to protect yourself against possible costs in the event of unforeseen circumstances. You can also find further information here.

Your apartment will be available from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 9:30 a.m.
If you wish to arrive or depart outside these times, please contact us in advance. We will be happy to arrange a bespoke solution wherever possible.

The washing machine can be used upon request for an additional fee.

Pets are allowed upon request, but only during the summer season.

We offer a bread roll delivery service for our guests, so you can start the day with fresh bread and delicious croissants.

We have an arrangement with the neighbouring Hotel Continental for guests who would like to enjoy a generous breakfast buffet. Breakfast can be booked on request, even just for single days.

• In winter, you can use our wellness area on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. On other days, it can be reserved for private use by appointment and for an additional fee.
• In summer, you can use our wellness area on Mondays and Thursdays. On other days, it can be reserved for private use by appointment and for an additional fee.

Each apartment includes one free parking space in the garage for our guests. Additional vehicles can also be parked in the garage, subject to availability and for an extra charge.

• Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass/Val Gardena Guest Pass/Mobil Card (consequently Guest Pass) will be issued to the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regional government No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well as from 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure.
• The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the “südtirolmobil” network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourism organization. Detailed information can be found at: suedtirol-guestpass.info
• The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium, appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the above decision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Association of Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022.The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use of the Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass.
