Carmen and Franz built Residence Risaccia with great dedication and passion back in 1979. Since then, they have run the house with true devotion, always aiming to offer their guests a sense of well-being, peace and security. They are the heart and soul of our residence, and their loving touch can be felt in every corner of this house, which has seven cosy holiday apartments. The Residence has recently been enriched by the support of Hannes and Evi, who bring fresh energy and heartfelt commitment to the daily life of the house.

The wellness area has also been completely redesigned to meet our guests’ wishes. New additions include a modern fitness room, a cosy reading lounge and a cheerful playroom for our younger guests.

During the summer months, our spacious lawn is the perfect place to relax and play, with plenty of space for sunbathing, playing football or simply enjoying the moment. Surrounded by lush green grass, fragrant flowers and the gentle rustling of the nearby forest, it is a place filled with vitality and tranquillity. A children’s playground, a sun terrace and a cosy fire pit provide the perfect setting for creating unforgettable family memories. The forest begins right next to the residence, where, with a bit of luck, you may spot deer and other wildlife.
The enchanting Vallunga valley, a true gem in every season, is part of the Puez-Odle Nature Park and can be reached in just ten minutes on foot, as can the village centre.

When winter arrives, our location reveals its very special charm: no traffic and no stress, because the snow adventure begins right outside the front door. Our ski lift takes you straight into the winter wonderland, which is ideal for beginners, families and experienced skiers alike. Best of all, the lift offers direct access to the world-famous Sellaronda.
