Winter in the Dolomites has its own special charm. The main attractions are the ski area Val Gardena - Alpe di Siusi and the 1220kms of ski pistes in the Superski Dolomite area, along with 80% of sunny days and guaranteed snow through high tech. snowmaking facilities. The most attractive feature of all, however, is the direct access from Residence Risaccia, to the ski slopes - literally from outside your door.
Children and beginners to skiing can very conveniently and quickly make progress on the Risaccia drag lift; children can be left happily alone on their boards and skis while the parents relax on the sun terraces.
Those who fancy skiing to the neighbouring valleys and the "Sellaronda" can easily do so by taking the Dantercepies gondula just opposite the Residence. Yet another advantage to staying at the Residence is that there is also direct access to the Cross Country Ski Tracks.

The right of cancellation is not covered in the Italian Consumers Code, however we are willing to apply the following conditions:
- Cancellation for more then 2 months prior to the day of arrival you lose your deposit
- Cancellation for more then 3 weeks prior to the date of arrival 80% of the total amount will be charged
- Cancellation less than 3 weeks prior to the day of arrival: 100% of the rental will be charged
