Val Gardena is one of the most outstanding valleys in the Dolomites. The variety of relaxation
possibilities and mountain adventures is simply unsurpassed. Due to the very agreeable mountain climate
and the fact that Selva stands at 1567m a.s.l. means that 80% of the days are sunny
Walking, hiking, picnics in mountain meadows, rock climbing, mountain bike rides, horseriding
are some of the most popular activities available.
Residence Risaccia lies in an ideal position for the mountain trails of the Puez Nature Reserve,
the Vallunga Valley and the castle ruins of Selva.
Mountain bikes are free of charge, so you can come and go at your leisure.

We remind you that a temporary visitor tax is payable (required) in all accommodation. (Euro 1,60 person/day for ***S accommodation (or accomodations). Children up to 14 are free:
The right of cancellation is not covered in the Italian Consumers Code, however we are willing to apply the following conditions:
- Cancellation for more then 2 months prior to the day of arrival you lose your deposit
- Cancellation for more then 3 weeks prior to the date of arrival 80% of the total amount will be charged
- Cancellation less than 3 weeks prior to the day of arrival: 100% of the rental will be charged
Free Guided Walks with Mountain Guide
A great opportunity for guests is to take part in a free guided mountain walk. Each Tuesday, in conjunction with the Mountain Guide's Association in Selva, you are invited to join in with a family walking day. Should you be interested in taking part in this family day out, you just need to let us know.
Childrens' Weeks
Reductions for childrens' weeks are valid in the summer in June
