Welcome to the Residence Risaccia, your retreat in the stunning Dolomites of Selva Val Gardena. Our comfortable holiday apartments are the perfect base for an active summer or winter holiday in the mountains. This little paradise is right on your doorstep. In summer, you can enjoy the inviting sunbathing lawn, forest, stream and children’s playground. In winter, you can relax on the terrace or ski down the slope. All around is the breathtaking backdrop of Dolomite peaks such as Stevia, Sassolungo, Mount Pic, Rotspitzen and Cir.

In winter, you can enjoy the convenience of true ski-in, ski-out: our ski lift takes you straight onto the famous Sellaronda slopes in the Dolomiti Superski area, so you can enjoy a stress-free holiday without needing a car. Cross-country skiers can also access the Vallunga valley trails in minutes.

In summer, you have direct access to hiking trails, mountain bike routes and unique nature experiences in the UNESCO Puez-Odle Nature Park.

After an active day, you can unwind in our wellness area, which features a sauna, a steam bath and a relaxation room. Our little guests can enjoy a playroom and a playground, while the spacious sunbathing lawn and sunny terrace are perfect for unwinding.
